Watch: Wild Score Fastest Four in Franchise History vs. Avs

It was looking like a dismal outing at the Pepsi Center for the Minnesota Wild--then they tallied four goals in a fast and furious 5:07 to erase a three-goal deficit and take charge of their season opener against the Colorado Avalanche.

It all started--fittingly--at the 5:07 mark with a goal by J.P. Parise. Nino Niederreiter would tally at 7:05, followed by Thomas Vanek's marker at 9:18. Parise would complete the circle by ending the flurry 56 seconds later at 10:14 with a pp marker.

According to Mike Russo at the Minneapolis Star Tribune, it was the first time the Wild rallied from three goals down to win on the road since March 5, 2009.
