Zetterberg Breaks Scoring Slump, Cracks Swedish Milestone



Detroit's Henrik Zetterberg ruffled the twine for the first time in 15 games on Tuesday at the Verizon Center during the Red Wings 3-2 shootout loss to the Capitals. Despite the loss, Detroit remains unbeaten in regulation in its last 11 games.

The goal, Zetterberg's 301st of his career, ties him with Ulf Dahlen for 5th on the all-time list for goals scored by a Swedish-born NHL player and snaps a 14-game goal-scoring drought.
