Daniel Sedin Ties Naslund for Vancouver Franchise Record in Goals

Daniel Sedin's OT winner in Vancouver against the Florida Panthers did more than just set off a melee.

The Canucks left wing scored twice--his 18th and 19th of the season--to tie the Markus Naslund's all-time record for goals for a Canuck.

"We've told Markus a bunch of times how important he was to us, not only knowing you could talk to him about anything, but just watching him too," Daniel said, according to NHL.com.

Naslund scored his 346 goals in 884 games for the Canucks. Sedin, who has been a Canuck for his whole career, has needed 1,103 games.
