The third overall pick in the 2015 NHL draft might need some better competition next season. Watch as Dylan Strome weaves his way through four Niagara Ice Dog defenders before notching his 33rd goal of the season for the Erie Otters during Sunday action at Niagara. Those boos you hear after the goal are fans who were quick to recognize--and get angry about--the fact that four defenders should be able to stop one guy.
Ah, but full credit goes to the 18-year-old Mississauga native. He made a breathtaking play, dangling and darting in to the open space before finishing his statement with authority. He should be a fun watch when he gets the call to join the Coyotes in the NHL.
