Watch: Bonino Delivers a Backhand Directly to Tanner Glass' Face

Backup goaltenders dueling for a precious game one? Check. (It's Jeff Zatkoff vs. Antti Raanta now)

Stick to the eye? Check. (Henrik Lundqvist took a stick to the eye from his own defender and, after finishing out the first period, has since left the game.)

It's been a strange period-plus at the Consol Energy Center in Pittsburgh, and it got a bit stranger as Tanner Glass took this puck to the face. Sort of an odd decision by Nick Bonino to flick that backhand cross ice there, but hey, all's fair in love and war, right?

Extra credit to Glass for sliding half way across the rink without stopping. Fresh ice at the beginning of a period makes that sort of thing fun.
