Watch: Clutterbuck Injures Knee after Taking High-Stick from Brown
Things are going good on the scoreboard for the New York Islanders tonight in Brooklyn. The team leads the Tampa Bay Lightning 4-2 after two periods, but they've already lost two players, as well. Defenseman Calvin de Haan left the game with a lower body issue after blocking a shot in the first. He tried to return to action twice, but has since gone to the dressing room. Key checking-line forward Cal Clutterbuck also went down, late in the second. After taking a high-stick from J.T. Brown, the Isles' forward fell awkwardly into the boards, twisting his left knee. He had to be carried off the ice by teammates. J.F. Berube is day-to-day with a lower body injury.
