Watch: Clutterbuck Injures Knee after Taking High-Stick from Brown

Things are going good on the scoreboard for the New York Islanders tonight in Brooklyn. The team leads the Tampa Bay Lightning 4-2 after two periods, but they've already lost two players, as well.

Defenseman Calvin de Haan left the game with a lower body issue after blocking a shot in the first. He tried to return to action twice, but has since gone to the dressing room.

Key checking-line forward Cal Clutterbuck also went down, late in the second. After taking a high-stick from J.T. Brown, the Isles' forward fell awkwardly into the boards, twisting his left knee. He had to be carried off the ice by teammates.

The Islanders recently lost defenseman Travis Hamonic for the remainder of the regular season, and today announced that backup goalie J.F. Berube is day-to-day with a lower body injury.
