Chad Johnson Has Two Shutouts in His Last 5

Chad Johnson called it "your prototypical road game."

Whatever it was the Flames will take it and so will Johnson, who has now gone 6-3-1 on the season for the Flames. He's been pressed into duty as Brian Elliot has faltered. Elliot is 3-9-0 with a 3.43 GAA.

This is Chad Johnson's team if he keeps this up. He has allowed just six goals in five games, including his 5th and 6th career shutouts. Johnson has a 2.08 GAA and a .922 save percentage in his ten games.

One More Random Stat: Johnson went 22-16-4 impressively in 45 games with the Sabres last season. 45 is the most games the 30-year-old has ever played in an NHL campaign.
