Watch: Subban Surpasses Last Season's Goal Total in Nashville Win
Nashville's P.K. Subban is picking up his scoring pace after a slow start for the Predators. See puck. Shoot puck. Subban scored on this long-range drive to give the Predators a 3-2 lead late in the second period of their 4-3 win over the Avalanche at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville. Subban has already matched his goal total from last season. He had six goals and 45 assists in his final season with Montreal in 2015-16. Subban is currently firing at an 11.3 shooting percentage, which is significantly higher than his career-best of 8.8. Subban's .68 points per game pace is currently shy of the .75 points per game he managed in Montreal last season. Nashville improved to 12-9-4 with the win, but they are still just shy of the last wild card spot in the Western Conference at the moment.
