Duncan Keith PP Goal Gives Blackhawks Win over Detroit
Duncan Keith's second goal of the season was a big one for the Chicago Blackhawks. Keith beat Petr Mrazek to give Chicago a 4-3 overtime win over the Red Wings on Tuesday. Justin Abdelkader's boarding penalty at 19:44 of the third opened the door for the Hawks. Detroit battled back from deficits of 2-0 and 3-2 to pick up a point, but at 18-18-6 they remain six points back of third-place Ottawa in the Atlantic (the Sens have two games in hand). Chicago improves to 27-12-5, four points clear of the Wild for first place in the Central, but the Wild have five games in hand.
