Watch: Kadri Rattles Chiarot's Bones and Falls into Bench

The Jets were left questioning the NHL Department of Player Safety's decision to not suspend Evgeny Malkin after his hit on Blake Wheeler last week in Pittburgh (even Kerry Fraser wasn't happy). Now, they have something else to stew about.

Nazem Kadri.

More specifically, Nazem Kadri leaving his feet to deliver a hardcore blow to Winnipeg defenseman Ben Chiarot during the Leafs 5-4 overtime win at Air Canada Centre.

The wild, raucous affair featured 36 penalty minutes in total, but Kadri was not penalized on this play. It's a big hit, and some would say a beautiful one. But is it dirty? Hard to say.

Chiarot finished the game with 23:07 of ice time, and appeared to be okay.
